Here's to the next war
And to no world to save,
A pauper's grave
And a Jelly Roll Morton album
For your bottom drawer. Skol!

Here's to the end of it all
While we're having a ball
And chains put round our necks
Where cards are dealt
From crooked decks. Skol!

Here's to the new generation,
The Devil blessing America
And an end to salvation
And the old man at the end of the road
Getting a Filipino bride in his abode. Skol!

3. Nightmare On Matt Helm Street
(McGowan) Davy takes it cool. I love him doing psycho-undergroung stuff! Towards the end I'm not scaring, I'm smiling & enjoying! And there was 'mustamakkara', too! -- Jore

I don't even know if this IS an idea. The story is I bought an old vellum manuscript from the year 1689 on Ebay and when I got it my nail scraped the vellum and I thought, 'That's an interesting percussive sound' so I wrote this around the rhythm of me scraping the vellum. So - I can say I am playing a 327 year old instrument on this track. -- Davy
